About Me

Long before I even thought of becoming a librarian, I had long hair. It went all the way down to my knees. Mostly I wore it in plaits but, on occasions, I would wear my hair in a bun. I did so until the volume of hair in the bun was too heavy to carry around on my head. It got to the point that the bun was bigger than my head!

I used to play dress-up where I would put on a pair of my mother’s glasses, my best cardigan and a skivvy, pull the hair up in a bun and don a set of fake pearls.

Now, many years and many haircuts later, I am growing my hair again. Now I am a librarian. Now I wear my own glasses, Now I have things on my mind. Now I have place to share my thoughts and vent my frustrations.
